Job summary

Domino's in Hereford, Texas is hiring crew members to support front- and back-of-house operations. You will stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, take telephone and in-person orders, and assist with inventory and paperwork while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Training is provided on the job, including online and classroom sessions. Strong communication, math accuracy, and a positive attitude are essential for daily interactions with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Good written and spoken communication; process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Job Description

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training

Orientation and training provided on the job as well as On-Line and Classroom.

Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions. Approach work activities with a Can-Do and Yes attitude!
