JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare pizza and other products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Provide accurate written and verbal instructions to co‑workers and customers.
• Make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Deliver pizzas and related items within the assigned delivery zone.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Work efficiently under various weather and temperature conditions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand for extended periods and walk between store and vehicle.
• Lift, carry, and push items such as ingredient cases up to 50 lbs and trays of pizza dough (~12 lbs each).
• Climb stairs or ladders, bend, and kneel as needed.
• Carry small items (e.g., large cans, pizza sauce) while walking.
• Operate dollies and push/pull trays.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Exposure to varying weather, temperature, fumes, and dust.
• Work in cramped areas and around hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Potential contact with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
