Job summary

SVI Pie LLC in Franklinton, NC is seeking a Delivery Expert to safely and quickly deliver orders within the local area while providing friendly customer service. You will also answer phones, take orders, handle payments, and support the in-store team as needed.

Drivers can expect earnings from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour total, with a base store wage, mileage reimbursement, and tips. This role offers growth opportunities and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid U.S. Driver's License for at least one year.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years).
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Reliable team players who hustle and uphold standards.
• Access to a smartphone to track deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely and quickly delivering orders to customers in the local area.
• Answering phones and accurately taking customer orders.
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
• Providing exceptional, friendly customer service with a positive attitude
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, etc.
• Assisting the in-store team when not on the road.
