Job summary

Mercor in San Francisco is seeking a delivery-focused professional to own end-to-end client deliveries, turning requirements into actionable plans and resolving technical and operational issues.

You will collaborate with operations, commercial, engineering, research, and customers, often under tight deadlines and with incomplete information, ensuring quality and on-time results.

What we’re looking for

You will own deliveries end to end—from turning customer requirements into an execution plan to resolving technical and operational issues, validating quality, and delivering on time. You will work across operations, commercial, engineering, research, and customers, often under tight deadlines and with incomplete information.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for quality
• Strong quantitative judgment
• The technical ability to write queries and scripts, investigate issues independently, and understand complex data pipelines; a computer science background is preferred
• The ability to coordinate people with different priorities and drive work to completion
• Clear, concise communication with technical teams, business teams, and customers
