Job summary

Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company in San Francisco seeks an engineer to own end-to-end evaluation work for enterprise AI agents. You will read API docs, integrate with customer systems, and run evaluations in our platform to prove agent safety and reliability.

You will own customer relationships, deliver results, and help shape our product as we scale with founders and enterprise clients. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role with opportunities to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Reading API docs and understanding integration points.
• Managing customer expectations and owning delivery of results.
• Ability to debug integrations and adapt scrappy solutions fast.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret API documentation to design integration paths.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to scope work and deliver results.
• Own the customer relationship from scope to delivery, including communicating risks and timelines.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Core Engineers, Sales, and Standards teams to align on AIUC-1 requirements.
