Job summary

A popular pizza chain in Chicago is looking for delivery riders to join their team. You'll use an electric bike to deliver pizzas and other menu items while providing excellent customer service. The position offers competitive pay with tips, flexible scheduling, and paid training. Ideal candidates are 18 or older, have a positive attitude, and are comfortable riding in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state-issued ID required.
• Experienced cyclist, comfortable riding in traffic and various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to help in-store when not delivering.

Responsibilities

About the Job

Join the Domino’s team and deliver pizza the fun way — on an e-bike! We’re looking for friendly, responsible, and energetic riders to deliver orders safely and efficiently while representing Domino’s with great customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hot, fresh Domino’s pizzas and other menu items to customers using a company-provided electric bike
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile
• Navigate safely and efficiently through your delivery area
• Assist in-store between deliveries (prepping orders, cleaning, answering phones, etc.)
• Follow all safety and traffic rules

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid state-issued ID
• Comfortable riding an electric bike in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual

Qualifications

• Experienced and confident cyclist — comfortable riding in traffic, at night, and in all weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat)
• Physically capable of riding for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Dependable and punctual — we deliver rain or shine
• Strong navigation skills and familiarity with local streets
• Positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Must have a valid state-issued ID
• Ability to follow safety rules and handle the e-bike responsibly
• Must be willing to assist in-store when not on deliveries (making boxes, prepping food, cleaning, etc.)
