Rooster Logistics, LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates in Buford, GA. No CDL required; prior delivery experience is a plus but not required. We provide vehicle, gas, smartphone, uniforms and equipment.

Compensation is $22.25/hour with weekly paychecks and a 4-day workweek. Schedule typically includes 10-hour shifts and at least one weekend day. PTO accrues immediately; benefits begin after 30 days with tuition reimbursement after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and understand instructions.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• As a Delivery Associate, you'll spend your day delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout the area while providing safe, dependable and professional service.
• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Load and organize packages for an efficient delivery route.
• Deliver packages accurately and on time.
• Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning and communication.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures and company policies.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Assist other team members with deliveries when needed.
• Work independently while remaining part of a supportive delivery team.

Rooster Logistics, LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates to join our team in Buford, GA. No CDL is required, and prior delivery experience is a plus but not required.

We provide the delivery vehicle, gas, smartphone, uniforms, and equipment you need to do the job.

Compensation: $22.25/hour
