Qualifications

• Ability to start early morning shifts reliably.

• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van to deliver boxed products to customers on assigned routes.
• Load and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service at every stop.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical concerns promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Pick product in the warehouse according to invoice paperwork for 12-15 orders.

About the Role

We’re a Texas-based coffee company serving coffee shops, restaurants, churches, and offices across the San Antonio and Austin areas. We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team and represent our brand on the road every day.

Schedule & Territory

• Routes cover the San Antonio and Austin areas within a 75-mile radius
• Deliveries run Monday through Friday
• Shifts start between 4:00–6:30 AM, depending on route and day
• 3 days/week to start with the opportunity to drive additional days to cover other drivers and as business increases.

Responsibilities
