Top Priority Cargo, Inc in Lowell, AR is seeking reliable delivery drivers to join our team and help bring Amazon packages to customers. You’ll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, follow safety guidelines, and provide excellent service on every route.

This full-time, in-person role offers a Day/Morning shift with weekend work, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) and PTO. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with a biweekly bonus where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle.
• Follow all local & state laws, road regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.
• Lift packages (up to 70 lbs) and load/unload in a van throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional service.
• Use smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and clocking in/out.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including rescue calls.

Benefits & Scheduling

• Start time is 9:15am. Shifts are available 7 days per week and it is required to work Saturday or Sundays.

• Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have aclean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills
