Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Brighton, MI is hiring a Van Delivery Driver to join our fast-paced retail team.

You will be responsible for courteous, on-time deliveries, accurate order picking, and maintaining safe driving practices, with support for store operations before or after routes.

Applicants should have at least 1 year delivery driving experience, a valid license, clean driving record, and be at least 18 years old; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred.
• Unrestricted Standard Operators License required.
• Must have a clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years).
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old (required).
• Pass pre-employment checks including a drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on a daily route with courteous, on-time, and accurate deliveries.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Handle in-store duties including security of assets and POS transactions as needed.
• Assist with store operations before or after route completion.
