Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum age to obtain a drive for hire endorsement—Varies per state and insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be appropriately dressed for the elements (PPE as required).
• Load/unload/sort/move products and materials by hand or with basic equipment.
• Operate and drive all company fleet vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Plan delivery routes with the shipping supervisor to maximize efficiency.
• Meet or exceed delivery deadlines.
• Read work orders or receive instructions for assignments.
• Participate in loading/unloading of company fleet trucks.
• Follow DOT policy for load securement and transportation of dangerous goods.
