BEAR EXPRESS LLC is hiring a driver to deliver up to 300 packages daily with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service. You will operate company vehicles, navigate routes, and maintain a clean driving record in varying weather conditions.

No delivery experience is required as full training is provided. The role seeks dependable, team-oriented individuals who can work independently and contribute to the local community.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a company vehicle while following all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Deliver 300 packages daily (on average) with efficiency, care, and following customer instructions
• Navigate routes using GPS
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean driving record and vehicle and uphold our safety expectations every day
• Walk miles each day!

Basic Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Able to climb stairs with packages
• Able to pass a motor vehicle record check
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
