Job summary

Lanham Hardwood Flooring is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker for a full-time on-site role in Cleveland, OH. You'll drive, assist with loading/unloading, and manage delivery paperwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for driving insurance purposes.
• Able to complete DOT medical certification (drug testing).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily pre-trip inspection of delivery truck.
• Pull orders and load truck for deliveries.
• Review orders before and after delivery for accuracy.
• Handle paperwork for deliveries.
• Transport materials to destinations for customers.
• Unload product for delivery, mostly by hand; some with forklift.
• Maintain safety for driving and delivery sites.
• Assist unloading, check-in, and stocking of new products.
• Pull products for customer orders and load into customer vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

• Unload product for delivery in accordance with customer needs – Mostly unload by hand. Some by forklift.
• Safety – both driving and while working at delivery locations
• Help unload, check in, and stock new products arriving
• Pull products for customer orders and help load in customer vehicles

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older to apply (for driving insurance purposes)
• Ability to complete DOT medical certification (includes drug testing)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Very good attention to details
• Comfortable operating forklift (will train)
• Experience working in warehouse environment is preferred
• Must be a high school graduate
• Certifications preferred, but not required
