Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Completed Application and Motor Vehicle Records Form.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a forklift.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery work orders by area and delivery times to maximize route efficiency.
• Contact customers each morning to provide an estimated delivery time window.
• Load the delivery truck to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate deliveries.
• Deliver water, salt, and related products to residential and commercial customers in a courteous manner.
• Complete delivery receipts accurately and legibly for records.
• Collect and process customer payments, including cash and checks.
• Balance receipts and cash at end of each workday.
• Safely operate a one-ton box truck and forklift per safety policies.
• Refuel company vehicles and monitor fluid levels; schedule maintenance.
• Restock inventory and assist customers with loading items.
• Receive and unload delivery shipments; maintain organized warehouse.
