Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to operate a primary route, delivering products and/or picking up returned merchandise from customers, while handling all shipping and receiving tasks at the Branch. Responsibilities include maintaining records, dispatching orders, generating delivery manifests, and ensuring orders are located, picked up and signed for.

Must have a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the country of application.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Must meet state/province driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Demonstrates great customer service and going above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Able to read safety rules and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and organize merchandise from receiving to storage or designated areas.
• Ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers when needed and maintain documents.
• Other duties may be assigned.
