Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state driver license with clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours; regular attendance with possible overtime.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Must complete a DOT physical a minimum of every two years.
• If assigned a vehicle over 10,001 pounds, a DOT Medical Card is required before starting.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Load truck accurately and safely for customer deliveries.
• Unload truck as needed at customer and/or branch locations.
• Drive company vehicle to make customer deliveries and stock pick-ups with proper licensing and safe record.
• Provide assistance at counter and help customers as needed.
• Maintain and locate merchandise in the warehouse and keep aisles clear.
• Perform vehicle and forklift inspections and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Support year-end inventories and general warehouse duties.
