Job summary

Fleetpride seeks a reliability-focused Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support branch operations in Phoenix. You will handle customer orders for delivery, prepare stock for shipment, and assist in warehouse activities.

Expect roughly half of your time on delivery routes and half on warehousing tasks. You will load and secure items for transit, inspect vehicles daily, and follow routes for efficiency while maintaining safety standards and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and valid driver’s license are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from the warehouse by part number and quantity.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure correct orders with professionalism.
• Load materials into vehicles and secure them for transit.
• Follow delivery routes to maximize efficiency of the run.
• Pick up returns and cores, label, and return to the branch.
• Operate forklifts safely and complete daily inspections.
• Maintain clean vehicles and safe driving practices daily.
• Stock and maintain inventory in designated warehouse areas.
• Package, label, and ship orders via UPS, US Mail, or freight.
• Maneuver trucks into loading/unloading positions following crew signals.
• Keep logs of hours and vehicle service per regulations.
• Inspect stock for wear or damage and report to supervisors.
