Job summary

Blossom Foods, an Oakland-based food manufacturer, is seeking a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to move products from the warehouse to customers and support daily warehouse operations. This role keeps you active and integral to timely, safe deliveries.

You will comply with traffic laws, prepare orders, handle invoices, and operate forklifts/pallet jacks. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; valid CA license required. Commitment to safety and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior delivery driving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, drive, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse activities.
• Familiarity with the Oakland/Bay Area road network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery responsibilities: Complying with all applicable traffic and transportation laws; coordinating shipping orders and delivery schedules with warehouse operations and the office; ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers; providing professional customer service.
• Warehouse responsibilities: Restocking and organizing products, ingredients, and warehouse supplies; assisting with receiving activities; working in freezer environments with temperatures as low as 0°F; supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you'll play a key part in getting our products from our warehouse floor to our customers' doors. The Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate plays an important role in ensuring our products are delivered safely and on time while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complying with all applicable traffic and transportation laws
• Coordinating shipping orders and delivery schedules with warehouse operations and the office.
• Preparing customer orders for delivery, packing products, and sorting items by delivery route.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Providing professional, friendly, and positive customer service.
• Picking up materials and supplies from various locations throughout the Bay Area
• Properly handling and maintaining delivery invoices, bills of lading, and other essential documents.
• Cleaning and maintaining delivery vehicles.
• Coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs and maintaining accurate service records and logs.
• Maintaining required vehicle documentation, including registration, certificates, and other transportation compliance records.
• Operating equipment as necessary, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Restocking and organizing products, ingredients, and warehouse supplies.
• Assisting with receiving activities, including verifying quantities and the accuracy of invoices and bills of lading.
• Working in freezer environments with temperatures as low as 0°F for extended periods.
• Supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Physical

Requirements:

This position is a combination of delivery driving and warehouse work. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in both environments and able to safely perform the essential functions of the position and meet the following requirements:

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior delivery driving or warehouse experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and follow all company driving and safety policies.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, drive, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in freezer environments as cold as 0°F for extended periods. Appropriate cold‑weather protective equipment will be provided.
• Familiarity with the Oakland/Bay Area road network is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of food safety and cold chain handling is a bonus
