Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group in Downingtown, PA is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate. You will operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts, ensuring on-time deliveries to customers and job sites while loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials safely.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain delivery paperwork, and support warehouse tasks with RF scanners to stock inventory and keep the area organized.

Qualifications

• Must have 26-ft box truck driving experience or strong preference.
• DOT regulations knowledge or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.

What You7ll Do

Delivery & Driving

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts


• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites


• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely


• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly


• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations)


• Represent the company professionally at every stop 0 —customer relationships matter here

Warehouse Support

• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners


• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory


• Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)


• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization


• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly

Safety & Standards

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures


• Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace


• Take ownership —if it s in front of you, you handle it

What We7re Looking For
