Hardy Services in Birmingham, AL is seeking a motivated Delivery Driver/Warehouse/Helper to join a long‑standing mechanical services team. You will handle parts deliveries, fleet upkeep, and light maintenance while keeping indoor/outdoor spaces organized and secure.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm with occasional overtime. A valid license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug screen are required, with health insurance and vacation benefits provided after qualifying periods.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Computer skills in using Microsoft Office and/or iPad is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Pick-up & delivery of parts/materials to and from Vendors and Jobsites.
• Fleet Maintenance support & record keeping (monthly mileage, oil changes, tires, etc).
• General Indoor/Outdoor Facility Maintenance.
• Warehouse cleanliness and organization – indoor & outdoor storage areas.
• Tool Tracking and maintenance.
• Warehouse and parking lot are secured daily.
• Comply with safety regulations.

Job Description

Hardy Services is a local mechanical services company with a team that have been providing mechanical services to the Birmingham Area for over 80 years.

We are currently seeking a motivated, detailed, self-starting Delivery Driver/Warehouse/Helper who desires to join a successful organization of hardworking and dedicated team members.

Candidates should be comfortable with their written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, be well-organized, and have a strong aptitude for follow-through.

Delivery Driver/Warehouse/Helper Responsibilities

• Pick-up & delivery of parts/materials to and from Vendors and Jobsites
• Fleet Maintenance support & record keeping (monthly mileage, oil changes, tires, etc.)
