Job summary

ARMM Logistics in Nacogdoches is hiring a Delivery Driver for a full-time, year-round schedule. No experience is required and we will train the right candidates. Expect 8-9 hour shifts, approx.

10am–6:30pm, with weekend work required and seven days per week operations. CDL not needed; raise opportunities available through attendance and full-time status. Base pay ranges from $21.50 to $25.00 per hour, plus an daily bonus of $0.50 to $2.00 per hour and a $500 sign-on style bonus for consistent

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Must be willing to work weekends.

Delivery Driver position - This is a FULL-TIME Position NOT Seasonal. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES! Based in Nacogdoches.

No Commercial Driver's License needed to be a delivery driver.

JOB DETAILS

• $21.50 to $25.00 overall hourly pay.
• Earn from $0.50 to $2.00 per hour in bonus pay daily.
• $500 bonus paid out over initial months based on attendance and being full time (5 shifts per week).
• Approx. 8-9 hour shifts from approx. 10a-6:30/7:30p.
• We operate 7 days per week. Full time will work 4-5 days/week (OT regularly available).
• MUST WORK AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY.
