Drive with purpose. Deliver a little joy, every single day.

Who we are

Everyday life adds up. The grocery list on the fridge, the jobs you keep meaning to sort - Modern Milkman helps people stay on top of it all, right from their doorstep, while making the better choice the easier one: less waste, more homegrown producers, a new life for the things you no longer need.

Doing that well, at scale, takes brilliant people - in our vans, at our warehouses, and in front of our customers. Which is where you come in. As more people join the round, we need more brilliant drivers to keep every day delivery on time and every doorstep looked after.

Why drive with us

• Flexible part-time hours that fit around life
• Be part of a friendly, close-knit local team who genuinely have each other's backs.
• Full training given
• A role with purpose: every delivery supports local, independent producers and brings quality food straight to your community
• Real variety and independence — your own route, your own community, every day.
• Weekly pay, staff discount, holiday pay, medical benefits

About the role

Every morning, you'll report to your local Hub, load up your van, and head out for a day of delivering fresh, quality, local and delicious products to the community.

What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently operating a delivery vehicle to get our products to the right doorsteps
• Following your assigned route and schedule to ensure timely, reliable deliveries
• Paying close attention to each customer's delivery requirements
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, and keeping a clean driving record

What you'll bring

• A valid driver's licence
• Previous delivery driving experience is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train you
• Great time management and organisational skills to keep your route on track
• Friendly, clear communication — with your team and, occasionally, our customers

Prefer an early start that frees up the rest of your day? Building up experience before stepping into something bigger? Or just want steady, guaranteed hours without a full-time commitment? Whatever brings you here, there's room to grow into more hours whenever you're ready for them. Ready to join the round?
