Parts Authority is hiring delivery drivers in Ohio. You will pick up and deliver automotive parts, maintain safety, and ensure order accuracy while representing the company to customers. A valid driver's license and insurance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage money transactions and reconcile customer balances.
• Experience using tablets or mobile devices for navigation and signature capture.
• Strong verbal communication and professionalism with customers.
• Able to work well in a team and handle overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a timely, courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Follow dispatcher directions and optimize routes to meet time schedules.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed without disrupting operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
