High Peak Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL, Route Driver, Courier) to serve Airway Heights and Spokane, WA. The role offers a company van, paid training, and a steady schedule with daytime shifts.

Starting pay is $23/hour with weekly pay, training, and potential bonuses. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available, with opportunities for advancement within a safety‑conscious, community‑mfocused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Dependable, punctual and safety-focused.
• Comfortable driving a delivery van for extended periods.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable using GPS and mobile technology.
• No CDL required.
• No previous Delivery Driver experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 180-250 package deliveries per day.
• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Load and organize packages for your assigned delivery route.
• Deliver packages to homes, apartments and businesses.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Use GPS, scanning devices and mobile delivery technology.
• Safely enter and exit the delivery van throughout your shift.
• Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently while staying connected with Driver support and dispatch.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and road conditions.
