Job summary

Package Squad LLC in Edison, NJ, is hiring delivery drivers to safely deliver Amazon packages. As an Amazon Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a company-provided van, handle 180–250+ packages daily, and follow safety standards.

Roles can be full-time or part-time with up to 4 days a week and 10-hour shifts. Availability on at least one weekend day is required, with overtime and growth opportunities within Package Squad. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass a 4-panel drug screening.
• Successfully complete Amazon's driver training.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day.
• Ability to walk several miles during each shift.
• Previous experience driving larger vehicles is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided Amazon delivery van.
• Deliver 180–250+ packages daily.
• Navigate efficiently using Amazon's delivery technology.
• Load and organize your van before departing the station.
• Lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch when needed.
• Complete deliveries in various weather conditions.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at every stop.
• Support teammates by completing rescues when operational needs require additional assistance.
