Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC) is seeking delivery drivers in Oakland, CA to join our team. The role offers a base pay of $26.50 per hour with additional bonuses based on performance and attendance, and requires weekend shifts.

Full-time employees work 4–5 days per week, with 7-day operations. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, and paid time off. Training is provided, and a company van, gas, and insurance are supplied.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4 Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages during the 9:15 a.m. to 6/7 p.m. shift.
• Maintain attendance to earn the $1200 annual bonus.
• Work 4–5 days per week including at least one weekend day.
• Earn base pay of $26.50 per hour plus performance bonuses.

Torero Logistics Corp. (TLC) is looking for motivated DRIVERS. We are based in DSF8 Richmond. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

JOB DETAILS:

• $26.50 base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
  
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
  
• Opportunity to earn from $0.50 to $3.13 extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
  
• Bonus of $1200 paid out on January. Must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week.

• We have operations 7 days per week. Full time employees will work 4 to 5 days/week.
