Pacific Delivery and Logistics, LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is seeking motivated Delivery Associates to serve the Pasco, WA area. You'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle delivering 150–300 packages daily, with flexible shifts and a four-day workweek.

This position is based out of WWG1 in PASCO, WA.We proudly serve the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington including the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton areas.

Job Description

Compensation:

• $24.00 starting hourly pay.
• Up to $1,175.00per week * includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses
  

Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases.Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety.

These include:

• 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $24to $24.25per hour.
• 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.75per hour.
• 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $25.25per hour.

Delivery Driver Start Time:

• Start time11:00am- shifts range between 8-10 hours per day.
• Shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week.
• Weekends preferred.

Qualifications

Requirements to be a Delivery Driver:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least21 years of ageor older
• Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States
• Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen
• Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van
• Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds

Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers:

• Amazon-branded vehicle provided, Non-CDL
• Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance

What You'll Do:As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be adelivery driver heroin the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner!

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
