Amazon, through its Delivery Service Partner Pacific Delivery and Logistics, is looking for a Delivery Associate in Pasco, WA. You'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle to deliver 150-300 packages daily, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

$23.00 starting hourly pay. Up to $1,120.50.00 per week * includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses.

Performance Reviews

Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases. Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety.

Performance Review Details

• 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $23 to $23.50 per hour.
• 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.00 per hour.
• 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.50 per hour.

Delivery Driver Start Time

• Start time 11:00am – shifts range between 8-10 hours per day.
• Shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week.
• Weekends preferred.

We proudly serve the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington including the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton areas.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a delivery driver hero in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner!
