Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings seeks an entry-level Delivery Associate in Stevenson, AL for driving deliveries and performing in-store tasks. You’ll deliver and assemble furniture, assist customers, and help with pickups while maintaining safety and professionalism.

No previous experience required; training is provided. You’ll join a team with a 5-day week, benefits, and opportunities for advancement into management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Collect payments at the door when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries.
