Job summary

Papa John’s in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Delivery Driver to provide accurate, on-time deliveries with friendly customer service. When not on the road, assist with orders, food prep, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record, plus availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. No relocation, competitive compensation, and meal benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• At least 18 years of age with a current driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• You inspire smiles. You're familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service, and you will uphold Papa John’s core values.

Responsibilities

• As a Delivery Driver, you’ll make accurate, on-time deliveries while providing friendly service to every customer.
• When you’re not on the road, you’ll jump in to help the team with orders, food prep, and keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
• You’ll handle cash, follow company standards, and play a key role in creating a positive team atmosphere.
