Job summary

A1 Shipping LLC is hiring full-time Delivery Driver Associates in Hampton. Start at $21.00 per hour with medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid training at $21.00 per hour, and immediate PTO accrual. Overtime is available at $31.50 per hour, with a 401K match after 3 months and opportunities for advancement.

Shifts run roughly 10am–8pm, with 4 days per week and 8–10 hours per day, including one weekend day. You don’t need a CDL, but you must have a valid license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Authorized to Work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Be able to operate a delivery van up to 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, walking and climbing stairs.
• Deliver packages safely and on time in all weather conditions.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Operate GPS and daily records on an electronic device.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service.
