Job summary

JR Transport System in Florida is seeking delivery drivers to provide a needed service by delivering packages in a company‑provided van in a fast-paced environment.

You will safely operate a high roof delivery van, load the vehicle, and deliver to residential and commercial locations. Expect heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and a schedule that includes weekends, with hourly pay and biweekly bonuses plus medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

You will work in a fast-paced work environment where your contributions are needed, respected, and appreciated. Initial and ongoing training will be provided. Advancement opportunities are available based on performance.

Job Description

Driver requirements include:

• Love to drive and passionate about customer service
• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and be able to get in and out of a van throughout the day
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass a motor vehicle record check
• Pass a drug screening test
• Commercial (or work-related) driving is a plus but not required
• Safety focused

Additional Compensation:

• Bonuses based on performance
• Bonus potential of up to $100 every two weeks for top performing delivery associates
