Job summary

Music & Arts, based in Frederick, MD, seeks a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to perform general warehouse and delivery duties ensuring timely receipt and delivery of products.

Essential functions include locating and transferring products, preparing items for shipping, driving company vehicles between locations, loading/unloading, and assisting with related duties. Compensated commensurate with experience at $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of warehouse experience is preferred.
• 1 year delivery driving experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to understand warehouse locations and locate product.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Locate and transfer product for sales orders that generate daily; match physical product with description on sales order.
• Prepare product for shipping utilizing company standards.
• Drive a company provided vehicle between locations to deliver company owned product while following all traffic regulations.
• Load and unload vehicle, sometimes taking or removing items from rolling cart.
• Move product to a different location in a facility or to help pack carts to load.
• Assist warehouse associates with other duties as assigned.
