This full-time role (40 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer service.**Responsibilities:*** Load company van from warehouse* Plan efficient route delivery schedules* Delivery and pickup of equipment to / from customer locations as instructed* Assist with equipment receiving process* Assist with equipment shipping process* Interpret and process customer purchase orders in accordance with company policies* Serve as a primary point of contact at customer locations, ensuring professional and timely communication* Maintain accurate milage records and reports* Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management## Qualifications* 1+ years of delivery experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred or a combination of related experience and education* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and client information with confidentiality and accuracy* Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external customers* Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed* Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis* Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team* Prior customer service or client-facing experience is highly desirable* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen**Benefits**: ATS offers excellent wages and advancement opportunities.
