Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver in Bowie, MD to provide expert automotive advice and delivery services. You will support commercial accounts and DIY customers, ensuring accurate, timely deliveries and safe handling of parts.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, returns, and cash transactions, while maintaining vehicle upkeep and product knowledge. A flexible, full-time schedule with weekends is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety rules.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to customers; load/unload parts per route.
• Process returns, cores, and pickups; adhere to PPE and fleet safety guidelines.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and according to company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
