Worldpac is hiring a delivery associate in the United States. This role involves delivering orders, maintaining records, and confirming customer deliveries with accuracy and courtesy.

You will sort and prepare merchandise, ensure orders are signed for, and handle basic customer transactions as needed. Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and be able to read safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Meet state/province license requirements for driving a company vehicle.
• Demonstrates great customer service and goes above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to operate equipment safely, including forklift and pallet jack.
• Proficient with basic math and computer handheld devices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders using a vehicle in a safe, courteous manner.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery documents.
• Sort and prepare merchandise from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Ensure orders are located, picked up, and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers when needed and maintain documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
