Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Driver responsible for delivering materials between our warehouses and customer sites, ensuring loads match bill of lading and are secured for safe transport. This non-exempt role reports to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager depending on local requirements.

Essential duties include managing deliveries on schedule, completing ticketing per standards, stocking shipments, processing daily orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Requires the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record as demonstrated by a DMV printout.

Responsibilities

• Delivers materials, supplies, or equipment according to schedule and processes deliveries efficiently.
• Executes ticketing process according to Company standards.
• Stocks shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pulls, prepares, and processes daily orders from requisitions generated by stores.
• Uses computer systems to manage inventory for warehouse operations.
• Assists in transportation between warehouse and stores and escorts vendor trucks where applicable.
• Identifies damaged and expired products and documents findings.
• Implements product rotation based on dates in warehouse.
• Follows all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch.
• Assists with maintenance and upkeep of fixtures and equipment storage.
• Maintains bin locations and participates in physical inventory processes.
• Maintains HACCP charts, walk-in coolers, and freezers where applicable.
