• 19 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and no more than 2 moving violations or accidents in past 4 years.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read a map or understand geographic area.
• Demonstrated safe driving in various road conditions; may involve hazardous materials.
