Job summary

GLN LP in Seagoville, TX seeks a Delivery Driver / Maintenance Technician to safely deliver live plants and keep ranch facilities running. You will drive a 26-foot box truck (no CDL required), route efficiently, and interact with customers to build long-term relationships.

When demand drops, you’ll perform ranch upkeep, equipment staging, and facility projects, while maintaining logs and ensuring timely deliveries. A valid license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the ranch.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hand tools; tractors or light farm equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26-foot box truck with lift gates to deliver live plants.
• Manage routes and log stops with delivery apps; maintain schedules.
• Perform pre-trip inspections; keep vehicle clean and maintained.
• Process logs, manifests, returns, and customer notes accurately.
• Assist in ranch maintenance and facility projects during slower periods.
• Provide courteous customer service during deliveries.
