Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. Your role includes following a scheduled route, delivering high-quality products to clients on time, and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork.

You will handle loading/unloading, coordinate with the warehouse, and uphold safety standards throughout shifts. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT physical required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow set, daily delivery route and read maps or GPS to navigate.
• Deliver products to client locations on time and in good condition.
• Load and organize inventory from warehouse into vehicle; unload as needed.
• Ensure inventory matches manifest and obtain client signature/payments when applicable.
• Maintain delivery paperwork and report progress to warehouse.
• Follow safety rules and state regulations during loading/unloading.
