Job summary

Hunter & Hunter Logistics, LLC is seeking an Amazon DSP Delivery Driver to safely operate routes, deliver packages on time, and provide outstanding customer service. The role requires English proficiency, a valid license, and willingness to train for DSP procedures.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety policies, lifting up to 50 lbs, and collaborating with dispatch. Weekend availability and a positive, flexible attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• No CDL required; a valid standard driver's license is all you need.
• Must be at least 21 years old (per Amazon DSP standards).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug screening prior to start.
• Clean motor vehicle record required (multiple violations may disqualify).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety commitment.
• Fluent in English (bilingual/multilingual encouraged).
• Must complete mandatory Amazon DSP delivery driver training.
• Availability to work weekends and certain holidays.

• Safely operate and perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections as part of daily route driver duties.
• Follow all local and state traffic laws, driving regulations, and company safety policies.
• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time along assigned delivery routes.
• Provide excellent customer service in all package delivery interactions.
• Work in a physically demanding environment across all weather conditions.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. and repeatedly enter and exit the delivery van throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, Amazon package scanning, clocking in/out, and communication.
• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle at the start and end of each route.
• Assist team members through rescue routes when needed, demonstrating teamwork.
• Conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and last mile delivery problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, and kneel throughout the work shift.
