Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to provide excellent customer service, load and deliver automotive parts, and support store operations. You will work with commercial accounts and DIY customers, gaining product knowledge and ensuring timely deliveries.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Prior experience in automotive retail is a plus, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals while following policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
