Job summary

Spectrum Paint Company in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a part-time Store Delivery Driver. You will drive a delivery vehicle on established routes to deliver products to customers and provide friendly service in-store and during delivery.

Hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday and 8:00 am–4:00 pm Saturday. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle.
• Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure prompt delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle.
• Prepare orders by mixing/tinting products to customer specifications.
• Identify and match paint colors accurately.
• Assist customers over the phone and in-store with orders and questions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions and maintain cash drawer.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Description

Position: Part-time Delivery Driver

Store hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday. Closed on Sundays! Flexible scheduling!

The Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for driving the delivery vehicle over established routes to deliver products to clients and customers. As a Delivery Driver you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers within the store and while delivering products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle.
• Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure products are delivered promptly.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle
• Prepare orders by mixing/tinting products to customers' specifications
• Accurately identify and match paint colors
• Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions while properly maintaining a cash drawer
• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow
• Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must be punctual and dependable

• High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)
• Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service positions is a plus but not required.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and MVR check as applicable for the role.

This job requires standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, lifting, and carrying the product to and from the delivery and customer vehicles, as well as to areas within the store and possible job delivery sites.
