Job summary

Spectrum Paint Company in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Part-time Delivery Driver to join our store delivery team. You will help customers by delivering paints and supplies, loading and unloading the vehicle, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately.

Hours run Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts; flexibility is noted. You should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable handling cash and customer interactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Description

Position: Part-time Delivery Driver

Store hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday. Closed on Sundays! Flexible scheduling!

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle.
• Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure products are delivered promptly.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle
• Prepare orders by mixing/tinting products to customers specifications
• Accurately identify and match paint colors
• Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions while properly maintaining a cash drawer
• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow
• Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
