Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to deliver prescription orders and products to long-term care facilities and patients' homes on a predetermined route. You will load, transport, and ensure compliant, accurate, and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include safe driving, maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA, and providing reliable customer service while supporting pharmacy operations on a part-time schedule (20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Geographical knowledge of the service area.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Current, valid driver's license for the vehicle type operated.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.
• Prior experience in the long-term care industry is preferred.

As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company provided vehicle. You will ensure medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met, demonstrate ethical conduct, and maintain patient confidentiality. A customer service mindset helps the team fill prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies to long term care facilities or patients\' homes.
• Ensure compliance with all training required by Omnicare/CVS and its partners.
• Load products/materials into the vehicle and unload as needed.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, and uphold highest professional and ethical standards.
• Follow government regulations including HIPAA to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Utilize a customer service mindset to manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment.
