Job summary

TNM Solutions LLC is an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages. No CDL required. No experience needed. Van, gas, and insurance provided.

Shifts run roughly 11:10 AM – 9:00 PM, with 8–10 hours per day and weekend availability required. The role includes a company-provided van, handheld device, and potential overtime; full-time and part-time options are available, with paid training and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment (Non-CDL is fine).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to maintain a safe driving record and follow all applicable traffic laws.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 130–190 stops and 200–350 packages per day in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday.
• Drive and operate a company-provided delivery van safely at all times.
• Use a handheld device for route navigation and delivery tracking.
• Load and unload packages and deliver them to customers’ doors.
• Work comfortably in varying weather conditions.
• Represent TNM Solutions LLC with professionalism and a positive attitude.
