Job summary

Desert Compass Logistics LLC in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking Delivery Associates to join our team and deliver packages to homes, retail and business locations with professionalism and safety.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, manage routes, and interact with customers while upholding company standards. This role requires 32+ hours weekly, a valid AZ license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer paid training, overtime, benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must consent to drug screening.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and pass check.
• Valid AZ driver’s license.
• Able to speak and communicate in English.
• Tech-savvy with a Smartphone/GPS device with a scanner and team applications.
• Must always observe all traffic rules and company safety policies.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. during an 8–10-hour shift.
• Must be able to handle stressful workloads and driving demands.
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during an 8–10-hour work shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes, retail, and business locations.
• Perform safety inspections on delivery van.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Sort and prepare delivery routes.
• Ensure vehicle is clean and fueled.
• Assist in training other team members.
• Provide rescue assistance to other drivers after routes.
• Post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance notes.
