Job summary

Pizza Hut in Hermiston, Oregon seeks delivery drivers who are fun, friendly, and reliable to join our team. You’ll help deliver pizzas and create a great guest experience with on-time service and a smile.

We offer flexible schedules, tips from customers, mileage and data reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package after meeting hours. Must be 16+ (18+ with driving), and have a valid food-handler card.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 with 2 years driving experience) and have a good driving record.
• Food-handler's card required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers; no heavy texting for orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other items to customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provide great customer service and represent Pizza Hut positively.
• Assist team with store operations as needed.

• You're a fun and friendly person who values customers and takes absolute pride in everything you do.
• Communication skills are key - you're not going to be able to text message customers back and forth. In other words, you should be comfortable talking to strangers.
• You've got attitude - the right kind of course - and understand the need to be on time, all the time. With loads of energy, you understand that work is easier - and more fun - with some teamwork.
• And you're at least 16 years old - 18 with 2 years driving experience if you want to be a driver, along with a good driving record.
• Looking for something in management? You must be at least 18, be able to pass the Company background check, and having some prior management experience is a plus.
• Since you'll be working with food, a valid food-handler's card will be required.
