Job summary

Acme is seeking a Delivery Driver to act as the face of the company on the road and at customer sites. You will load trucks, verify orders, and ensure timely deliveries while delivering professional service.

The role requires safe driving, basic vehicle maintenance checks, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A minimum of one year driving experience is preferred; training is provided and a monthly incentive bonus may apply after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Minimum of one year driving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with customers and vendors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and courteously.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and report issues.
• Deliver products to customer sites on scheduled routes.
• Inspect and secure loads for shipping.
• Pre-plan routes for efficiency and timeliness.
• Assist warehouse staff when deliveries are completed.
