Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport instruments and materials to schools and customers.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service during every delivery, pickup, and on-site interaction.
• Represent Shar Music professionally with school staff, teachers, and customers.
• Load and unload instruments with proper care and handling techniques.
• Plan routes efficiently and communicate delays or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory documentation, including NetSuite entries.
